BEAT

Dear Deputy Head Teacher,

Have you chosen your school's Charity of the Year?

Beat the national eating disorders charity would like your help to sock it to eating disorders.

Young people, girls and boys, aged 12-20 are the most at risk of developing an eating disorder.  To help us raise funds and awareness of these serious mental illnesses you could:

  • Nominate Beat as your Charity of the Year
  • Hold a non-uniform day and donate the funds to Beat
  • Use our presentation and DVD to hold an Eating Disorders Awareness Assembly
  • Organise a ‘Silly Sock Day’ on Friday 27 February 2015

We will provide you with all the materials and support you need to make your event a success.
