WHO SHOULD ATTEND AND WHY?


The conference has been designed for the senior leaders of state and private schools, colleges and academies.

It will give them the opportunity to find out more about the IB’s Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme.

Speakers will provide insight and context that demonstrate the programmes’ proven track record of consistency, high standards and innovation.

Participants will gain practical ideas on curriculum development, updates on the latest policy advances and the opportunity to network with colleagues from across Europe.

School practitioners will lead the symposium, explaining both how and why they introduced IB programmes, and the impact this has had.

SPEAKERS

The keynote speaker at the event will be Professor A C Grayling, Master of New College of the Humanities, and a Supernumerary Fellow of St Anne's College, Oxford. There will also be a panel discussion on “What should a school curriculum look like?” chaired by Katy Ricks, Head of Sevenoaks School.
