DON’T LOSE OUT ON BEST TERMS TO CLEAN THE SLATE ON TAX Private tutors and coaches now have only one month to contact HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and tell us about any extra tax they owe. Don’t lose out. If this is you, register by 6 January 2012; use our Tax Catch Up Plan to clean the slate, ensure you get the best terms and pay what you owe. It’s easy. Those who wait for HMRC to come to them will find that they have to pay much higher penalties or even face criminal prosecution If you are in this group and you think you may owe tax on income, past or present, get in touch and take the first step get your tax affairs in order. HMRC’s strong advice is to contact us before we contact you. Tuition doesn’t have to be your full time day job. You may use your skills in a number of ways, for example – private tuition of traditional academic subjects, writing academic articles, exam invigilation, fitness and dance instruction, musical instrument tuition, art and services providing life coaching.
