Change4Life Family Project
The Change4Life Family project is a Multi Agency Initiative developed in conjunction with Bedfordshire NHS, Healthy Schools, Obesity Team, Extended Services, and the Schools Dietetic Project. The Government Initiative is currently being promoted on TV to prevent people from becoming overweight, by encouraging them to eat better and move more.
The Change4Life Family Project includes:
- Healthy Living Magic Show (50 minutes).
- Parents presentation
- Challenge Launch & Fat Demonstration
- Change4Life Family Challenge.
- Certificate for everyone completing the challenge.
- 4 x Free CD Rom ‘Beginners Magic Course’
The programme has been designed to align and extend existing activities that relate to diet and fitness with Change4Life. To create fun, laughter, and activities which support the campaigns key behaviours. The project is designed for Key Stage 1, 2 & 3.
