Looking For Families Who Have All Boys Or All Girls For Channel 4 ‘Cutting Edge’ Documentary

I work for an independent production company called Minnow Films. We are currently making a documentary for Channel 4’s well-respected and innovative Cutting Edge strand which we hope will be a thought-provoking insight into the differences between bringing up boys and girls. We’re looking for some brilliant families to take part who are raising all boys or all girls and may like to share their experiences.

It is not a reality television programme with a hidden agenda, nor are we looking to pit families against one another in order to generate conflict. We are simply looking for families who are chatty, fun and happy; families who may be curious to see what it would be like if they had 3 boys in the family rather than 3 girls, for example.

It would be great if you were able to help us with our search and to display the attached flyer where accessible to parents/children in public areas? With the half term quickly approaching it would be wonderful if you were able to get this information to the parents before the break so that we can get the ball rolling with anyone who may be interested in talking to us. We are on a fairly tight turnaround so the sooner we can start chatting to families about their experiences the better.
