Dear Colleague
I am writing to you to ask if you have any unwanted musical instruments. I am interested in acquiring/buying used instruments with a view to giving them a new lease of life.
I am happy to receive instruments of any type. As a percussionist, I am most interested in percussion instruments/timpani. My plan would be either to use them myself for concerts/hire, provide my private pupils with an instrument to practise on or restore/repair the instrument for re-sale. My plan for other types of instrument would be to prepare them for re-sale.

I am prepared to pay nominal amounts for the following:
Complete Wind and Brass Instruments, Drum Kits, Auxiliary Percussion
Under most circumstances I am happy to remove other items (for example incomplete instruments and classroom percussion) free of charge.
