For those not familiar with Ros:
- Soon after her birth, Ros received a diagnosis of severe autism.
- Ros’ parents refused to accept their child’s autism and set about changing her behaviour.
- As an adult, Ros has a diagnosis of high functioning autism.
- Ros gives talks at major national and international conferences, including Canada, America, South Africa and numerous European countries.
- When Sigourney Weaver was recently making a film called Snowcake, about a woman with autism, she spent several days shadowing Ros, learning how to act like a person with autism.
- Ros will talk for two hours on her experiences of being autistic and give advice on supporting children and adults with autism.

Andrew Cooksey
As an adult, Andrew received a diagnosis of Aspergers syndrome. He has a son with autism. Andrew is a direct and forthright speaker with a great breadth of knowledge and an insight based on living with autism. He operates a training and consultancy business and is in demand as a speaker and by the legal profession.
The PACT Players
Professional actors will speak the words and act out scenes from the lives of people with an autistic spectrum disorder: Temple Grandin, Luke Jackson, Donna Williams and many others.

Nothing they say or do makes any sense.”

15:05 – 16:30 For 15 minutes, Ros will talk about her involvement in
the making of the film Snowcake, followed by an
audience question/answer session.
