People's Trust for Endangered Species

Free science resources for schools

Meet the Stag Beetle, Mammal Detectives, fact files, surveys and more!

These fabulous resources from PTES and Royal Holloway, University of London, contain curriculum linked activities all about UK endangered species and their habitats.

People's Trust for Endangered SpeciesThe activities range from constructing life cycles to writing poetry and from burying a bucket to being a beetle Olympian. Each is designed to appeal to differing abilities and extension activities are also suggested. We have developed this extensive range of free resources to help your pupils gain a better understanding of the natural world around them and we would love you to make good use of it.
