Scholar Associates brings a new level of independence and professionalism to school based investigations which will be seen as fair for all. Our team of skilled investigators have extensive professional expertise in education, law and policing and are highly experienced and sensitive to the needs of schools, staff and students alike. We are now pleased to share this experience through our excellent training courses which have been designed specifically to enhance the quality and integrity of school investigations.

A comprehensive modular training day specifically designed for head-teachers and senior school leaders tasked with investigating discipline matters, complaints, exclusions and anything from minor incidents within schools to major enquiries.
Fast paced, relevant and geared to school life, this course will develop essential skills and understanding when managing school investigations.
Packed with valuable hints of both what to do and what not to do, the course is full of practical demonstrations, real case scenarios and concludes with a mock ‘hearing’. Fun is included!
For breadth and balance, each course is delivered by a retired senior Metropolitan Police detective working alongside an experienced former head or deputy.
