Dear Head of PSE / Art / Creative writing,

Once again Sugar magazine and ChildLine are looking to showcase the skills of your most creative students. For the 6th year running, we are looking for young people to design the official Stand Up, Speak Out anti-bullying poster, design an anti-bullying T-shirt, or write an anti-bullying poem. Winners will receive £100, their entries will be printed in Sugar magazine and the poster will be distributed nationwide during anti-bullying week (15-19 November 2010).

When young people direct a campaign they REALLY absorb the message, so please encourage your students to enter. I have attached a poster and would be hugely appreciative if you would pin it up on noticeboards, and pass it on to teachers taking creative writing, PSHE/PSE/PD, art and design lessons.

The deadline for entries is 30 July and, on 16 August, a shortlist of finalists in each category will be posted online so students can choose the winning entries they think best tackle the issue of bullying.

Please do get in touch if you have any questions. Thank you for your time,

Annabel
