THESE SESSIONS WILL MOVE APPROPRIATE STUDENTS
UP TO GRADE C IN MATHS.

Phoenix Education are now delivering their new concept, “Maths D to C Impact Sessions”. These are interactive sessions delivered in your school by an outstanding facilitator, aimed at students preparing for foundation level GCSE exams. Higher level thinking skills and peer learning techniques are used to underpin the ever elusive “retention of knowledge and skills”, every maths teacher’s eternal challenge!

Choose from a menu of 8 sessions covering key areas across the syllabus, aiming to take students from D or E to grade C in that area.

Maths D to C Impact Sessions can be used as half day revision sessions during the morning or afternoon of the school day. They can also be run as Saturday schools or a series of 2 or 3 as a holiday maths school during Easter or the Whit half term holidays.
 
As an alternative, for next year's Year 11 cohort, you may wish to consider taking a more long term approach by having one of the eight Impact Sessions delivered each month. This has the benefit of maintaining impetus as well as spreading the impact across the whole year.
