GRADE C IN MATHS.

Phoenix Education are now delivering their new concept, “Maths D to C Impact Sessions”. These are half day, interactive maths sessions, designed to be delivered monthly throughout Year 11 to enhance the students’ knowledge and skills. Each session is delivered in your school by an outstanding facilitator. Higher level thinking skills and peer learning techniques are used to underpin the ever elusive “retention of knowledge and skills” - every maths teacher’s eternal challenge!

Choose from a menu of 8 sessions covering key areas across the syllabus, aiming to take students from D or E to grade C in that area.

“Maths D to C Impact Sessions” can be used as half day sessions during the morning or afternoon of the school day. They can also be run as Saturday schools or a holiday schools during autumn, Easter or the Whit holidays.

Have one session delivered each month through Year 11 to develop and maintain student impetus. Prior to the GCSE next spring, have the two “Final Impact” revision sessions delivered. These consist of two half day sessions covering exam question practice and technique, one for the non-calculator paper and the other for the calculator paper.

Sessions cost £500 each. Significant discounts are available for block bookings.
