Summer Maths Activities Challenge

Dear Headteacher,

Last year 800,000 primary school pupils signed up to The Summer Reading Challenge, which helped children, with support from their parents and carers, to develop their reading skills over the summer holidays. Yet how many pupils will be actively working to develop their Maths skills this summer?

Summer Maths Activities Challenge is a set of 4 books, recently published. The books target pupils in years 3 to 6 and encourage parents and carers to play an active role in developing their child’s Maths over the summer holidays. These books each have 50 maths activities involving games, problem solving and open ended learning tasks that are also cross curricular.

The books highlight ways parents can help their children become actively involved in their learning. As Del Rowland, Dads Hub founder said in the TES 7.12.18, “if you don’t engage parents, you are missing one side of a triangle”.

The price for each book is £7.99 + P+P
There is a special school package available. A PDF of all 4 books with an unlimited use licence throughout your school along with a hard copy of all 4 books. Price £90

Year 1 and 2 books will be published in Summer 2020 and those schools which have bought the £90 package would be eligible to buy an unlimited use licence for their school and a hard copy of each book for £35.
